The Brief
A brand new luxury build on the beachfront would normally not need much improvement, however the owner wanted to add depth and dimension to the space, making it an inviting beach pad beyond the high-end developer’s finishes.
The Outcome
A luxurious and welcoming home created was using textural treatments: aniline leather for seating, velvet for beds, wallpaper to bring warmth to vast spaces, sheer metallic curtains, brass and woven feature lighting to define zones.
