PROPOHOLIC was created to give property consumers independent, experienced guidance — without the pressure or bias of traditional agency models. Our commentary, insights and recommendations are never paid for or sponsored. We say what we believe, based on experience.

Our Model
We operate independently and do not sell property.
For our selling and buying services, we are paid a flat fee by the agent, never a share of their commission. Because that fee is the same no matter which agent you choose, this means:
- No incentive to favour one provider over another
- No bias in our recommendations
- No extra cost to you for our advisory
Where hands-on services such as styling or renovation are required, all costs are explained clearly upfront.
About Nat Gordon
Nat Gordon is the founder of PROPOHOLIC and a highly experienced property professional with three decades in real estate and construction.
She began her career at 21 as a founding director of a now multi-office real estate agency, before transitioning to an independent advisory model to better serve property consumers.
Nat brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to property decisions, combining deep industry knowledge with a clear focus on maximising value and minimising stress.
Her insights on property and renovation are regularly featured in Domain and realestate.com.au, with additional appearances across podcasts, retail collaborations and trade publications that value her expert perspective.
