I am Nat Gordon, and I am a professional Propoholic. I became a Founding Director of a now thriving multi-office real estate agency at the age of 21, and 20 years later sold my “baby” to switch teams and help consumers connect with the right people to drive the best outcome for their property.

I advocate for ALL property consumers, believing in everyone’s right to receiving the best service available from agents, tradespeople and other service providers. I offer practical and no-nonsense guidance derived from nearly three decades of experience in Property and Construction.

My passion for property consumers started on Day 1 of Property Economics at the University of Technology, Sydney. The first words spoken by our lecturer were:

“Absolutely EVERYONE is a Property Consumer.”

And it’s absolutely true. Tenants and owners, the young and the elderly, the dirt poor and the uber rich – we are ALL property consumers.

Fast forward 7 years, and I have helped my clients sift through the world of Real Estate by connecting them with the best Agents and fee structure for their situation. No awkward agent interviews or negotiations. No online agent finder services. Best of all, this personalised property service comes at no extra cost.
