Propoholic was created to focus on the interests of property consumers (our Propoholics). We are passionate about providing independent, unbiased information that is relevant to our Propoholic audience.

We are completely independent. Our content is not paid for or sponsored in any way. We do not accept money for advertising. We request and provide quotes and commentary where appropriate from media and to industry professionals without payment of any kind.

Where we conduct “Find an Agent” research, we do not share in the commission of the selected agent. We obtain a flat fee which is the same from all agents, enabling us to remain solely focused on achieving the best outcome for our Consumers
